Required Skills/Experience:

As an outstanding representative, you must have:

  • Customer Service Experience (will be considered an advantage if in English and/or French)
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Knowledge of relevant computer and internet applications
  • Fast typing

RESPONSABILITIES/BENEFITS

General Purpose
Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Your primary responsibility is to provide superior customer service. This will involve answering the phone / making calls (inbound and outbound) and writing emails in English and French.
  • Identifying customer needs, assisting with their inquiries, troubleshooting, and providing the highest quality of service in meeting their needs.
  • Provide pricing and delivery information, processing orders.
  • Actively support management and take responsibility in various projects.
  • Basic network knowledge; you will be required to troubleshoot basic network problems which require an understanding of how certain devices (modems, routers) should work.
