Required Skills/Experience:
As an outstanding representative, you must have:
• A minimum of 2 years bilingual Customer Service Experience (English and French).
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• knowledge of relevant computer and internet applications
• Ability to type quickly

General Purpose
Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
• Your primary responsibility is to provide superior customer service. This will involve answering the phone / making calls (inbound and outbound) in English and French.
• Identifying customer needs, assisting with their inquiries, troubleshooting, and providing the highest quality of service in meeting their needs.
• Provides pricing and delivery information, processes orders
• Actively support management and take responsibility in various projects.
• Basic network knowledge; you will be required to troubleshoot basic network problems which require a solid understanding of how certain devices (switches, routers) should work. Candidates that have completed CCNA 1 or above are preferred. Any other networking or VoIP experience will be considered as an advantage.
• Willing to work 24 hours a day / 7 days a week in various shifts
