Iristel’s Network Operations Center (NOC) is a state of the art facility monitored 24/7 by dedicated, professional and highly capable technical personnel. NOC is responsible for monitoring the network for alarms or certain conditions that may require special attention to avoid impact on the network’s performance.

NOC analyzes problems, troubleshoots and communicates with site technicians as well as other NOCs.

NOC also tracks the problems all the way to its resolution. If necessary, NOC will escalate the problems to the appropriate personnel; so if an issue is not resolved within a specific time frame, the next level up is informed to speed up the problem remediation.
